| 摘 要： | 文章分析了新疆人力资源供需现状。通过年龄外推法预测了未来人力资源的供给水平,通过就业率和就业弹性两种方法,预测了未来的人力资源需求,并对两种方法的方案进行了比较。对新疆人力资源的供需前景进行了评价。

| Abstract: | The paper carries out an analysis of the present situation of demand and supply of human resource in Xinjiang and predicts the supply capacity of human resource in the future by age extrapolation method. Through two perspectives, i.e. employment ratio and employment elasticity, the paper predicts the future demand for human resource in Xinjiang, compares the two schemes and evaluates the prospect of the demand and supply of human resource in Xinjiang. |
