| 摘 要： | 通过对企业实施多元化经营战略现状的分析,指出目前企业在多元化经营战略的实践过程中存在的问题,提出在实施多元化经营战略前要建立科学的“相马”机制,树立科学的风险规避意识,牢记企业多元化经营的根本依托是在巩固主业的基础上培育新的核心竞争力,尽量选择退出壁垒低的产业等四项对策。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of the current situation of enterprises's diversified management strategy,the article points out some problems that exist in the course of diversified management at present,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as:setting up scientific mechanism before implementing diversified management strategy,establishing scientific risk evading consciousness,cultivating new core competitive power and trying to choose the industry with low barrier. |
