| Abstract: | Based on the survey in Dong Cun,a village where the Family Planning has been institutionized since 90s of 20th century,this paper reviews the mechanism of the endogenetic control,inductive control,and the forcible control of the village people's family planning.The analysis shows that although the village has been in low fertility level for so long time,the low fertility is still unstable. |
