摘    要:终身学习已成为21世纪的教育主题。自主学习是终身教育的理想目标。元认知与自主学习密切相关。元认知涉及元认知知识和元认知控制。元认知知识是关于认知过程的认知。元认知控制涉及对包括计划、监控和调节策略的运用。元认知知识和元认知策略都是可发展和培养的。

Abstract:Life-long education has become one of the main themes of 21st century education.Self-access Learning is the ideal objective of Life-long education.Meta-cognitive strategies are closely related to self-access Learning.Meta-cognitive strategies involve both knowledge about learning and control or regulation over learning.Regulation of learning entails the use of Meta-cognitive strategies,which include planning,monitoring and checking.Both meta-cognitive knowledge and meta-cognitive strategies can be developed and trained.
