基于模糊综合评价法的城市经贸委绩效评价研究

近年来，随着新公共管理思想的发展，“顾客取向”、“成本取向”等理念开始被广泛接受，政府职能部门需要建立科学的绩效评价标准而不是按政府自身意愿去行事，从而实现政府职能部门绩效评价改革，提高政府绩效。因此，城市政府职能部门绩效评价的研究引起了人们的高度关注。以城市经贸委为例，基于平衡计分卡的绩效评价指标模型，以模糊综合评价法对城市经贸委绩效评价指标体系进行实证研究，深入探讨城市经贸委绩效评价。
