| 摘 要： | 昆明市东川区的产业构成自近代历史以来一直是过度依赖以铜为中心的矿业生产体系。当铜矿资源几近枯竭时,尤其是"4.2牛奶河事件"之后,东川的其他产业已经难以支持区域经济社会与昆明同步发展,曾经的资源优势反而成为新兴产业形成的羁绊。东川的产业应该如何调适,能否真正实现在后发优势下的跨越式发展?本文分析了东川的经济发展水平及产业发展现状、产业发展的环境优劣势和产业发展受制因素,提出了东川区产业更新和发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Affected by various long - term superimposed subjective and objective factors, the industrial composition of Dong- chuan District of Kunming city has long been characterized by a deformity - excessive dependence on mining production system with copper as the center. But when the copper resources come to be virtually exhausted, especially after the ＂4.2 Milk River Incident＂, it becomes acutely clear that other industries in Dongehuan District have shrunk to such an embarrassing extent that they can no longer support the regional economy and society to develop synchronously with Kunming city. The once resources ad- vantage has evolved into a disadvantage, which is fettering the formation of emerging industries. In the face of such difficulties, how can adjustment be made of the district＇s industries to truly achieve their leapfrog late development？ |
