埃及社会转型期的政治合法性危机与应对

转型国家常常面临来自合法性危机的挑战。合法性危机形成原因涉及经济、政治、意识形态等诸多层面,危机的程度亦有强有弱。面对危机,具有自我适应、自我调节能力的政治体系,通常会通过改变结构和功能来适应环境的变化对系统构成的压力。较之改革,革命则是一种更激进的途径和方式,是旧政治系统合法性极度危机的产物,革命也为新政权重建合法性创造了条件。从政治合法性的角度来分析穆巴拉克时代以来埃及政局变化对处于转型中的发展中国家具有一定的借鉴意义。

Egypt in Social Transformation：Political Legitimacy Crisis and Response

The modem state in social transformation is often faced with challenges from the legitimacy crisis. Numerous factors could account for the crisis, varying from economy, politics, culture, class, ethnic to system, and the extent of the crisis might be strong or weak. Facing the crisis, an adaptive and self - regulating political system is usually able to adjust itself to the pres- sure from the changes in the environment by reform of its structure and adjustment of its function. Revolution is a product of the old system in extreme crisis of legitimacy, and also a precondition of rebuilding the legitimacy basis of a new regime. So, there exists the significance of reference for developing countries to analyze the transitional Egypt since Mubarak Era from the perspective of political legitimacy.
