企业文化测评研究

摘    要:依据企业文化测评的相关理论——竞争价值构架CVF和组织文化类型图,针对某商业银行的企业文化测评做出问卷设计,利用SPSS进行了问卷信度和效度的分析。通过问卷调查得出对测评对象的问卷调查结果,利用CVF理论对测评结果进行分析,描述测评对象的企业文化建设现状和存在的问题。最后针对调查发现的问题,给出企业文化建设结论和建议。

Abstract:This paper introduces the relevant theories of corporate culture assessment - frame CVF competition value and or- ganizational culture type pictures, and then conducts a culture assessment on a commercial bank by methods of questionnaires and SPSS. Based on the analysis done and results obtained, the author describes the evaluation object's present situation and ex- isting problems. Finally aiming at the problems found out, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the culture construction of the enterprise.
