试论期刊编辑素质对编辑工作情绪的影响

编辑素质作为期刊出版运作的灵魂,对出版业发展起着举足轻重的作用。编辑素质虽包括多方面的内容,但编辑的思想素质、职业道德素质、业务素质、身心素质、人际往来素质对编辑工作情绪的好坏将产生重要的影响。分析结果表明,编辑素质好,编辑情绪就高涨,在工作中享受快乐与幸福,就能提高工作效率;反之,编辑情绪就低落,在工作中增添烦躁与不安,就会降低工作效率。

Influence of Editor Quality on Mood of Editor at Work

The editor quality, as the key factor in the running of a journal, plays a central role in the development of publishing industry. The editor quality covers many aspects, among which ideological quality, ethical quality, professional quality, physical quality and quality in communication of editor influence most significantly the mood of editor at work. It is found that the editor with better qualities work with high spirits and greater efficiency while those with poor qualities often feel impatient and their work is thus negatively affected.
