摘    要:本研究从几个世纪以来在西方主要发达国家中占主流地位的经济学理论——古典经济学派、凯恩斯主义以及新自由主义、新凯恩斯主义——的变化为契入点,来探究主流经济学理论下国家职能的不断变化对公共教育发展与改革所产生的巨大作用。

Abstract:Public education is deeply effected by country's function of main sects of economics.In Religion reform of 15th century,education was considered as country's duty;In classical economic theory,education became the third duty,which provides the legitimacy of county management education;In Keynesian theory,county further monopolized education;In 1970's,Keynesian theory was defeated and neo-liberalism was full risen that public education began the reform of market and privatization.In 1980's,because of the unemployment and economic stagnation,the new Keynesian theory began and emphasized the interference necessity of the government.So county fortify macroscopic management about education,too.
