摘    要:对学生个体差异不能充分地了解,会导致教师在各个教学环节、教育阶段对学生的生疏感。学生学习上的个体差异、语言表达上的个体差异、注意的个体差异、自我意识个体差异以及品德发展的个体差异等,直接影响教育的质量,因此必须充分了解,因人而异进行教育和疏导,最后达到学有所长,健康发展。

Abstract:For not knowing the individual differences of the students the teachers might have strangeness to the students.Students' individual differences in different aspects of study,language express,self-conciowsness and moral development can make direct influence on education quality.So we should learn about it fully and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.,the aspects of individual difference,how to realize the individual difference.
