| Abstract: | Socialism culture construction mechanism with Chinese characteristics indicates the measures and guide line that culture construction should abide,and it is accord with the rules and request of culture construction on the legal basis,which is the impersonal requirement and practical path. The basic parameters of socialism culture construction mechanism with Chinese characteristics include performance index,efficiency index,basic character and morals,evaluating principle and so on,every parameter includes different variables. |
