| 摘 要： | 从心理学的角度分析成人学员在心理上和学习活动中的特点,不难看出,成人学员与普通学校学生有很大不同。因此,教师在实施课堂教学时,为提高成人学员学习效果,必须采取有效的教学方法,行为导向型教学方法就是不错的选择。
