| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员职业化、专业化是我国高等教育发展的必然要求，也是辅导员自身发展的必然要求。近几年，关于高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的研究已经成为热点。文章从高校辅导员职业化、专业化建设的必要性出发，探讨建设的措施与途径，对近年来辅导员职业化、专业化建设研究进行综述。
