京津冀文化消费水平实证研究

人均GDP与人均可支配收入是影响文化消费水平的重要因素。虽然京津冀人均GDP已超过3 000美元,但是居民文化消费倾向并未呈现钱纳里结论。北京由于资源、环境和市场优势,使北京总体的文化消费水平步入发展与享受型阶段,天津处于基本文化消费向发展与享受型过渡阶段,河北省整体处于基本文化消费阶段。加强政府间的合作,根据"8+2"各自的资源特色,充分发挥长处,采取优势互补的方式,建立区内文化产业资源共享机制是提高区内整体文化消费水平的重要因素。

An Empirical Study on the Cultural Consumption Levels of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

Per capita GDP and per capita disposable income are important factors affecting the level of cultural consump- tion. Although the per capita GDP of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has risen to over $ 3 000, the residents＇ cultural con- sumption shows no tendency of Hollis B. Chenery＇ s conclusion. Due to advantages on resources, environment and market, the overall cultural consumption level of Beijing has entered a developing and enjoying stage. Tianjin is in a transition from basic consumption stage to the developing and enjoying stage. Hebei as a whole is still in the basic consumption stage. Strengthening intergovernmental cooperation among the 10 （ ＂8 ＋ 2＂ ） related local governments, giving full play to their advantages as well as taking a complementary approach according to their respective resource feature, and establishing a sharing mechanism for regional cultural resources are all among the important factors to improve the overall cultural consumption level in these regions.
