| Abstract: | Higher educational institutions must diversify their talent-training models in order to promote social economic development. Against the background of higher education popularization, the local engineering colleges may achieve the diversification by the combinations of general and professional training, of curricular and extracurricular training, and of the credit system and the academic year system. |
