行政决策过程理论研究中存在着对决策执行的忽视 ,主要表现为对相应的信息管理环节研究的不足。这种不足不利于决策目标的实现。提高行政决策执行水平的途径在于加强执行中的信息管理。我国目前在行政决策执行信息的产生、传递、处理、追诉方面存在许多困境 ,克服这些困境的出路在于进行制度创新

There is something ignorant in the study of administration decision processing theory,that is the ignorance of decision execution,mainly embodies in the section of the related information management.And the ignorance has led to negative influence to the realization of decision goal.The approach to improve the level of administration decision execution lies in better information management in executive processing.Now,there are many problem in administration decision executive information in our land,especially in the generating,delivering,dealing with and ascending of information.And system innovation is the way to solve the problem.
