| 摘 要： | 在当前的宏观经济态势下,由于实际负利率的存在,部分货币资金通过不合法的途径和方式游离出银行体系独立运行,从而形成了货币资金体外循环的态势。这是一种不确定的经济因素,反映了我国经济中的一些深层次的体制性问题。本文试图对我国货币资金体外循环产生的原因进行深入分析,以找出实际可行的对策来解决货币资金体外循环的问题,从而促进经济持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Under the present macro - economic situation, because of the existence of factual negative interest rate, some monetary fund goes out of the bank system illegally to run independently, resulting in a situation of "extra - corporal circulation" of the monetary fund. This is a kind of uncertain economic factor and reflects some profound institutional defects in the economy of China. This paper attempts to make an analysis of the causes behind such a phenomenon and find out practical and feasible countermeasures to solve the problem so as to realize a sustainable and healthy development of the economy. |
