河南省文献信息资源保障体系的共建共享

针对河南省文献信息资源的现状，提出了文献信息资源保障体系共建共享的基本模式：以省图书馆 或重点大学田书馆为龙头，以学科专业文献信息中心为骨干，以特种文献信息中心作支持，共同构成省级 文献保障基础；并阐述了河南省文献信息资源的保障体系共建共享的原则及构想。

On Henan's Security System of Document & Information Resource

In view of existing situation and problems of documents & information resource in Henan province, the basic co-constructing and co-sharing model of the security system of document &information resource is put forward: under the leading of the provincial library or the key university libraries, in the same time, with the backbone of the specialized subject documents & information center as well as with the support of the special kind of documents & information center, a provincial documents & information security system can be composed. This paper also deals with the principles and measures of co-constructing and co-sharing this system.
