| 摘 要： | 2005年7月,国务院作了一个关于我国医疗体制改革的政策报告,其中提出中国医改几乎是不成功的,一时之间市场化成为众矢之的。其实市场化是一个国际发展趋势,之所以中国医疗体制改革出现了种种问题,并不是市场化所造成的,相反是市场化不到位和政府缺位所造成的。

| Abstract: | In July of 2005,the State Council of China made a policy report about the medical system reform of our country.It has proposed in it that medical reform of China is nearly unsuccessful.Marketization becomes the target of public criticism for the moment.We think we should see that mardetization is an international development trend.All sorts of questions have appeared in medical system reform of China,not because of marketization but because of incomplete marketization and government's omission cause. |
