| 摘 要： | 对保险公司偿付能力的监管是保险监管的核心，本文利用现有保险学及相关经济学的理论积累和保险监管的实践，从法学角度对保险公司偿付能力监管的内涵和外延作出探索性解释和分析，以期抛砖引玉，为保险监管理论研究提供尝试性思路。
