中国跨国公司成长战略研究

跨国公司是世界经济中的重要微观主体,在国际贸易和国际投资中占据着主导地位,对推动世界经济增长的作用越来越大。我国作为一个处在转型、发展中的国家,我们也面临着发展跨国公司的战略选择问题。作者在对中国跨国公司经营状况与生存条件的分析基础之上,提出了中国跨国公司发展战略的模式选择,并对推动这一发展战略模式所需要的政府干预提出了相关建议。

A Study on the Development Strategy of Chinese Transnational Corporation

Transnational corporations have been playing part in important roles in the world economy. As the reform and opening is deepening, Chinese enterprises are also internationalized gradually. The transnational business of Chinese enterprises is developing from none to having and be faced with some problems. This paper makes a study on the development strategy of Chinese transnational corporation. Our paper puts emphasis on discussion of how to face developing difficulties and problems.
