| 摘 要： | 企业创新文化在激励创新活动中扮演重要的角色,它在企业成员中营造一种忠诚,使创新成为企业的价值观并形成与创新有关的道德观.企业技术创新是一个复杂的系统.影响和制约企业技术创新的因素有很多,而企业创新文化则对企业技术创新起着内在的、无形的推动作用,加快企业技术创新首先要建设企业创新文化.
