| 摘 要： | 人民代表大会的司法监督具有最高的权威性,在对司法权行使的各种监督制约机制中具有最重要的地位,要进一步完善现有的人大司法监督机制,并支持人民检察院作为法律监督机关更好地行使法律监督权.目前,我国的司法机关和行政机关都建立了人民监督员制度,采取的是分散管理模式.笔者认为应由人民代表大会及其常委会管理人民监督员,落实人民监督员制度,并提出了人大领导下的人民监督统一新模式.
