| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是党的十六届四中全会提出的奋斗目标,而和谐社会不可能建立在贫困的基础之上。中国的反贫困是全球消除贫困的成功“范例”,但中国消除贫困的任务仍相当艰巨。中国剩存贫困的治理应成为构建社会主义和谐社会的最基本要求和重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | The building of a harmonious socialist society is the goal proposed at the 4th plenum of the16th CPC Central Committee.Such a society cannot be built on poverty.China has done much in terms of poverty-eradication but there is still a long way to go.The remaining poverty-eradication task should be the basic and inseparable one in the process of building a harmonious socialist society. |
