| 摘 要： | 供应链绩效评价是供应链有效管理的关键，它不仅有助于描述和分析供应链的历史状况和现状，更重要的是，可以用来设定绩效目标，确定未来关注的焦点。文章应用层次分析模型AHM，根据SCOR模型提出的供应链绩效评价体系，对影响供应链整体绩效的因素进行分析，得出其权重排序，为研究改善供应链系统的运行绩效和企业实施供应链绩效评估提供依据。
