| 摘 要： | 本文提出的煤场布局优化模型,把选址数学模型与多目标决策方法结合起来,充分考虑了大型能源设施在布局问题上所涉及到的各种社会因素的复杂性,既可用于确定现有城市老煤场的改造方案,也适用于新建煤场的选址决策,具有相当的实用价值。

| Abstract: | The authors set up a mathematical model combining the network flow model with the multiple objective decision making by means of system engineering. To apply this mathematical model the authors compute and analyse the existing available data. As a result, a scientific appraisal of the coalyards is made and some feasible plans to improve the location and management of the Shanghai's coalyards are formulated. The plans migth serve as a great impetus to the research work of the optimal layout of coalyards in the big city. |
