口腔咬合力测量传感器结构研究

摘    要:本文根据口腔咬合力测量传感器的要求和特点,详细分析了旧传感器存在的问题,介绍了新设计传感器的结构特点,并对其力学性能、应力大小、分布及输出等进行了理论分析。通过对新旧传感器结构及实测数据比较,证明了新传感器大幅度提高了仪器测量精度(线性和重复性精度)、稳定性和寿命,并解决了传感器在清洗消毒时的密封问题,从而使仪器能满足口腔医学教学、科研及医院口腔科牙病诊治临床应用的要求。

Abstract:The present article introduces the structural features of a new-type occlusion pressure measurement transducer and analyzes, theoretically, its mechanical properties, quantity and distribution of stress, and the output of the resistance-strain gauge etc. The result of the theoretical analysis and practical measurement on the occlusion pressure measurement transducer confirms that the precision of measurement (linearity and repeatability), stability and working life of the new-type transducer is improved to a great extent. Furthermore, the problem of water seal when it is disinfected is solved. As a result,it can now meet the requirements of teaching experiment, scientific research and clinical practice.
