基于循环经济的西部能源企业发展模式研究

针对当前我国西部的资源与环境问题,提出了基于循环经济的西部能源企业发展模式。该模式由三大环境资源型供应链系统,以及科技创新与体制创新的政策保障组成,涉及企业、政府和供应链多个层次的多协作关系,旨在通过提高资源生产率减少环境污染,是一种兼顾资源环境绩效和经济绩效的发展模式。

Circular Economy-Based Model for the Development of Our Western Energy Enterprise

Aiming the current problems of environment and resource,a model of the western energy enterprises development in China is given based on Circular economy,in which three environmental resource supply chains and guarantee of Sci-Tech and system innovation policy,and involving multiple cooperation relationships among enterprise,government and supply chains,with the purpose of reducing environmental pollution through increasing resource productivity are considered. This is a development model with economic benefit and environmental efficiency.
