| 摘 要： | 当前学校德育理论与实践进入了一个全新的历史时期,德育实践面临着时代挑战,如市场化进程中的物化倾向及其带来的精神困惑、教育的功利化趋向、社会价值观多样化、生存方式的虚拟化和数字化等。要提高学校德育实效,德育理论必须进行反思和创新。要深化对德育本质的认识,坚持以人为本的德育观;确定高校德育目标,保证和促进学生全面、协调的发展;改进高校德育的方法,推进学校德育的现代化、科学化,以提高学校德育的实效性。
