| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是全面建设小康社会的重要内容和重要任务,对整个中国的现代化建设具有重大的影响。以人为本是科学发展观的本质与核心,以人为本与社会主义新农村建设具有内在、必然的联系。以人为本是社会主义新农村建设的根本指导思想和重要原则,实现新农村建设目标是坚持以人为本的必然要求和重要体现。在新农村建设中必须贯彻和落实以人为本,不断满足农民群众多方面的需要,促进农民群众的全面发展,以实现新农村建设的目标。

| Abstract: | Socialist new countryside construction is an important content and important mission for building an overall well-off society and has significant effect on the entire cause of China's modernization.Putting people first is the essence and core of the scientific development view which has inherent and inevitable connection with socialist countryside construction.It is also a basic guiding ideology and cardinal principle for socialist new countryside construction while attaining new rural construction's objectives is a necessary demand and important embodiment of insisting on putting people first.It is important to adhere to putting people first in new countryside construction,satisfy the various demands of the farmers and promote their all-round development in order to realize the goals of new countryside construction. |
