Japan's successful measures may seem to be practical in China, some of which are the adjustment of industry structure, the modernization of equipment, the removal of urban factories, and the special investment from the government. There has been a good beginning concerning the cooperation between China and Japan, and the cooperation between Dalian and Kitakyushu has set a good example for the international cooperation in the field of the environmental protection.
