| 摘 要： | 在中国利率市场化的改革过程中,利率与汇率政策的协调配合对中国外汇管理产生很大影响。外汇管理的改革必须与利率市场化程度相适应。中国应该在向宏观间接外汇管理转变的过程中,稳步推进利率市场化的进程。

| Abstract: | In the process of reforming the interest rate towards a market orientation, the adjustment of policies of interest rate and foreign exchange rate had exerted a great impact on foreign exchange management in China. Foreign exchange management reformation must be adjusted to adapt to the market orientation of interest rate. It is suggested that the market orientation of interest rate should he realized step by step in the process of moving towards an indirect and macroeconomic foreign exchange management. |
