The reform of selection mechanism of talents is a very complex and arduous socio-project in our country. Due to historical reasons,the selection mechanism of talents compared with the demand of our market economy,lagged relatively behind, which is among the bottlenecks that hamper the process of reforming and opening-up and modernization. So it is of necessity to analyse the abuses with the present selection mechanism of talents, and put forward concrete assumptions and countermeasures to boost the mechanism.
