现代企业制度及我国国企改革

现代企业制度是以公司制度为主体的市场经济体制的基本成分。其特征是 :产权清晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学。建立现代企业制度要解决的重要问题是使企业成为产权清晰 ,具有明确交易界区的独立竞争的市场主体。企业只有真正成为市场主体 ,才能在竞争的压力下 ,在目标利润的驱动下 ,创造出最佳的经济效益。因此 ,现代企业制度的建立对于搞好我国国有企业 ,进一步解放和发展生产力具有重大意义。

Modern enterprise system is a basic component of market economy system whose main block is the company system.Its characteristics are clear property rights,definite rights and duties,separating enterprise from politics and scientific management.If we want to establish the modern enterprise system,the important problem to be solved is how to make the enterprise the main body of the market which has the characteristics of clear property rights,definite trade boundary and free competition.Only this can the enterprise create the most economic benefits under the pressure of competition and the drive of profits.So we can draw a conclusion that the establishment of the modern enterprise system has important significance to the reform of national enterprise and to the liberation and development of productive forces.
