| Abstract: | The development of science and technology area of university can exploit the new developing mode for building the northeast old industry base. How to enhance the construction of Science and Technology of university, this paper will discuss the three ways which are building of innovation system, strength of macro-management and promote policy and buildup R&D ability. Accelerate course of the industrialization of scientific research fruit in order to strength the northeast old industry basement. |
