| 摘 要： | 中国外交国际化趋向的形成既由于中国自身的利益驱动和责任需求,亦由于国际社会对中国的期许乃至压力。外交的国际化趋向昭示着中国向全球型国家的迈进,有利于中国的海外利益维护及国际秩序的改善。与此同时,还需要中国在＂发展需求＂与＂责任需求＂之间做好平衡。

| Abstract: | The international tendency of China＇s diplomacy grows out of needs of self-interest and responsibility of China as well as the demand and even pressure from the international community.The internationalization of China＇s diplomacy shows that China is changing into a world-oriented country and it is conducive to the maintenance of China＇s overseas interests and the improvement of the international orders.Meanwhile,the international tendency of China＇s diplomacy requires China to balance the ＂development demands＂and＂responsibility demands＂. |
