供应链管理环境下企业核心竞争力的提升策略

摘    要:本文分析了供应链管理环境下企业专注于自己核心业务的必要性;提出通过整合企业内外部资源,实施业务流程再造,进行业务外包决策优化,以达到提升企业核心竞争力的目的;并通过强化供应链管理,建立供应链绩效评价与激励机制,营造供应链文化,充分利用现代信息技术,实现供应链企业系统信息集成与共享,依托供应链构筑一条企业之间的核心竞争力链条,以提升整条供应链的竞争力而强化自己的核心竞争力。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the importance of the enterprises who should devote to their own central business under the management circumstances of provision chains.It also puts forward that the enterprises' central competitive forces can be increased by adjusting the internal and external resources of the enterprises,recreating the business processes,and optimizing the external business policy.Enterprises can strengthen the management of the provision chains,set up a system of evaluating the efficiency and inspiration,build a culture of provision chain,fully utilize the modern information technology to realize the accumulation and share of the systematic information among the enterprises of the provision chains,and depend upon the provision chains to construct a central competitive force chain among the enterprises so as to increase the competitive force of the whole provision chain and thus reinforce its own central competitive force.
