三层六维供应链平衡记分卡体系构建

介绍了供应链平衡记分卡绩效评价的研究现状,分别从平衡记分卡的客户、内部流程、持续发展、财务价值、信息技术和供应商关系六个维度建立与供应链管理目标之间的衔接关系,并将供应链平衡记分卡划分为战略层、关键成功要素层和具体业绩评价指标层三个层面.在阐述供应链平衡记分卡绩效评价体系设计原则的基础上,构建了一套三层六维供应链平衡记分卡的绩效评价体系,并对关键业绩指标目标分值的范围及其评定提出自己的看法.

Design of Supply Chain Based on Balanced Scorecard System at Three Levels in Six Perspectives

Introduces the research achievements of performance measurement of supply chain based on balanced scorecard in recent years. The relation between the balanced scorecard and management objectives of supply chain is set up in six perspectives, i.e., customers, internal flow, sustainable development, financial value, information technology and the relation between the whole supply chain and suppliers. The supply chain and balanced scorecard are both compartmentalized into three levels, i.e., strategic, crucial successful factor and key performance index level. Determining the principles to design a performance measurement system of supply chain based on balanced scorecard, the performance measurement system of supply chain is set up at three levels and in six perspectives. Then, the scope of score of key performance indices(KPI) and the way to assess KPI score are proposed.
