Transformation of Industrial division to Industrial Merging under the New Type Industrialization

The paper holds that the new type industrialization is characterized by the information industry-led industrialization, and its nature is to bring about leaping development. Industrial merging is a dynamic process of the contraction of the industrial margins under the premise of information technology and hi-tech development due to the fact that the industrial merging has brought about drastic changes to the mechanism of the traditional industrial development, formed new industrialization effect, widened the scope of competition, led to the emergence of multiple new departments and formed a new way for the increase in industrial benefit from vertical integration to horizontal integration. Measures should be taken to increase the development of new industries and transform industrial development to push forward the new type industrialization by means of industrial merging.
