马克思恩格斯较早地预见到全球化进程与世界历史的来临,提出了全球化时代文化矛盾的问题。从马克思主义文化哲学视域看,全球化就是人类社会的整体化、互联化、依存化。全球化对文化的影响是双重化的。全球主义和民族主义、理想主义和功利主义、精英主义和大众主义的矛盾,构成了全球化与本土化之间的主要文化冲突。在全球化的时代,要充分考虑到文化沟通和文化理解,才是正确的文化态度与战略。
