| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业问题是一个关系到经济发展、社会稳定和促进高等教育大众化稳步发展的重要问题。通过对近年来大学毕业生就业观念的调查,分析大学毕业生就业观念变化的原因,以及搞好大学毕业生就业工作需要做好几方面的工作和做好这些工作的方法途径。
