从拓展农业功能视角对现代农业发展的思考

现代农业是适应现代经济社会发展规律、具有崭新时代特征的产业形态,从功能结构上看,现代农业决非传统农业的线性突破,而是在城乡互动、工业反哺、科技创新、市场培育、生态约束、文化支撑、公共管理等诸多因素共同作用下的整体再造.在我国全面建设小康社会进程中,遵循世界农业发展的一般规律,着力建设现代农业,既是促进农民增加收入和提高农业综合生产能力的的基本途径,也是建设社会主义新农村和实现城乡统筹发展的产业基础.从拓展现代农业功能视角,结合当前我国从传统农业向现代农业转变的现实过程,分别从产业融合、城乡互动、市场统一、生态保护、文化传承和公共服务等方面,探讨和思考现代农业发展应当确立的正确理念和有效途径.

Thinking on Modern Agricultural Development from Perspective of Expanding Agriculture Function

Modern agricultrue is the industry pattern fitted into development laws of modern economy and society with clear characteristics of the times.Functionally,modern agriculture is by no means the linear breakthrough of traditional agriculture,but the integrated creation interacted by the following factors as city-village interaction,industrial regurgitation-feeding,scientific innovation,market foster,ecological constraint,cultural prop and public management.In the process of building a well-being society in an all round way,abiding by the general law of agricultural development and making great efforts to build modern agriculture are not only the basic approach for farmers' income rise and the rise of integrated productive ability of agriculture but also the industrial foundation of building new socialist countryside and balancing urban and rural development.Studying from the perspective of expanding modern agricultural function,this paper has explored and reflected on the proper concept that people should have in developing modern agriculture and effective ways from the aspects of industrial merge,market uniform,ecological preservation,culture inheritance and also public service through analyzing the process of transforming from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in our country.
