| 摘 要： | 反强制性外交是因应强制性外交而产生的一种方略,其目的是通过采取各种措施,阻止、转移或消除强制性外交带来的风险。研究反强制性外交的基本内涵、形成原因、主要策略和实施功效,不仅可以纠正这一领域过度分析强制国的偏差,而且还可以更清晰地展示受制国的主体性和能动性,全面认识这种动态关系的特征。

| Abstract: | Anti-coercive diplomacy is generated in response to coercive diplomacy,the purpose of which is to take various meas-ures to prevent,transfer or eliminate risks resulting from coercive diplomacy.The author believes that,studying basic connotations,evolving causes,main policies and implementing effects of anti-coercive diplomacy,can not only correct the deviation of over-emphasis on the coercive country of the field,but also much more clearly demonstrate the subjec-tivity and initiative of the coerced country... |
