| 摘 要： | 建立合理的知识产权保护模式以促进技术创新是中小企业发展的动力,但是商业多元化冲击、司法保护局限以及中小企业自身能力有限等因素致使中小企业知识产权保护缺失严重。我国应拓展现有保护模式,采取司法、行政和非营利组织多重保护,使中小企业可以根据自身实际情况加以选择。

| Abstract: | As is known to all,establishing a reasonable protection mode for intellectual property to improve the technical innovation is vitally important for the development of Small-and-Medium enterprises.However,due to the diversification of commerce,the limitation of judicial protection and limited capacity of the Small-and-Medium enterprises,the absence of intellectual property protection is rather serious.In this case,the current protection mode should be perfected.Judicial protection,administrative protection and NPO′s multi-protection should be combined,so that the enterprises can choose different mode according to their own situation to optimize their profits. |
