| Abstract: | Tang Shou Qian was a famous thinker and social activist of modern China. He was leader of Zhe Jiang Constitutionalist. He was the only personage who participated the WuXu Renovation and the constitution campaign of last Ching from beginning to end. It has much importance to research his constitutional ideology and practice. He wrote to caution the age in which he put forward a series of advocate about reforming politics and economics. |
