| 摘 要： | 本文在介绍国外主流项目管理方式的同时,对此种项目管理方法在燃机电厂的建设中所表现出来的优缺点进行探讨。同时,详细介绍此种管理方式在国内电力工程建设市场上应用时,可以进行的改进,探索更加完善、更有利于业主的项目管理模式。
