| Abstract: | Two sampling strategies for estimation of population mean in overlapping clusters have been proposed, In the first strategy clusters are selected with egual probabilities, whereas in the second case selection probabilities are taken proportional to cluster size. The sampling efficiency of the latter is expected to be more in comparison to the former. |
