Distributions of test statistics for multiple outliers in exponential samples |

| Abstract: | Null as well as alternative distributions of two types of statistics used to test for multiple outliers in exponential samples are obtained. Of these two types one is based on the ratio of sum of the observations suspected to be outliers to sum of the sample observations and the other is Dixon's type. Powers of the tests based on these statistics are compared. |
