论家族企业发展中的技术选择及其社会控制

家族企业的勃兴是我国当前一个重要的经济现象。技术选择及其社会控制是关系到家族企业能否适应激烈的市场竞争，实现可持续发展的关键环节。处于发展初期的我国家族企业还存在相当的局限性，在技术选择中具有诸多不甚完善的特征。家族企业发展中在技术选择方面应特别注意四个方面的问题，另外，对家族企业技术选择和运用进行社会控制是很有必要的。

On Technical Selections and Social Control in the Development of Family Ventures

The vigorous growing of family ventures is a significant economic phenomenon in China. Appropriate technical selections and social control are of vital importance to the adaptation to the fierce market competition and the fulfillment of sustainable economic development. There are still quite a lot of limitations and imperfections in technical selections for the newly growing Chinese family ventures. The article analyses four aspects, which should be paid special attention to in the development of family ventures from technical selection approach and also highlights the necessity of the social control in technical selections and applications.
